  • translations are revised by experienced in-house employees,

  • terminology and house style of the customer are respected,

  • deadlines are met.

  • Communication before, during and after the project

Before the project gets underway, we ask the customer for as much information as possible. This is essential in obtaining a good end result.

During the translation process, translators’ questions regarding terminology, house style and so on are addressed to the customer. We also get in touch with the customer if any issues arise. Together with the customer, a solution is worked out.

After delivery of the translation, any feedback from the customer is examined in detail, reviewed with the customer and processed for the future.
