After two acquisitions in 2018 (Textualis in Canada and Gedev in France), the Ubiqus Group continues its growth with the successive acquisitions of dhaxley Translations in Belgium (Herentals and Leuven) and InPuzzle in France (Rennes and Paris).
Founded in 1989, dhaxley Translations is a Belgian company with a strong expertise recognised by its many clients in the automotive, life sciences and technical sector. Dhaxley Translations has been ISO certified since 1999 and currently holds both an ISO 9001:2015 and an ISO 17100:2015 certificate affirming its reputation for the highest-quality translations. It employs approximately 18 people in its offices in Herentals and Leuven. This acquisition, signed at the beginning of April, complements and enhances the Ubiqus Group’s first deal in Belgium carried out in 2012 (Data Translations, which became Ubiqus Belgium in early 2017).
In addition, with the acquisition of Inpuzzle (founded in 2001), the Ubiqus Group is strengthening its position in the Luxury, Life Style and Industry verticals by acquiring an agency recognised for the quality of its multilingual content, specialising in Marketing and Communication. With a team of linguistic specialists and pre press technical know how, InPuzzle provides its clients with multilingual communication materials (websites, product brochures, subtitles and graphics) that are increasingly appropriate and localised to their market.
These two new acquisitions complement Ubiqus’ sector-specific translation offering; a player already firmly established in the translation market, in the fields of marketing and communication, law, finance and even the medical sector.
They are in line with the development strategy of the Ubiqus Group and strengthen its position in the Top 3 of the largest language service providers in Western Europe (Common Sense Advisory 2018 ranking).
