This link provides access to the Ubiqus extranet. It is a secure platform linked to our project management database and is accessible 24/7. Among other things, your customer account allows you to:

  • register your requests directly in our system, so as to ensure even easier and faster follow-up
  • upload files with content that is too sensitive to be sent by email, and then download the translations of these documents without having to use email
  • consult the status of your order in our system at any moment
  • consult the list of all your orders up to 5 years after delivery (provided you were the addressee), as well as your source texts and the related translations
  • consult all our old invoices (on request)
  • keep your contact details up to date
  • give a score to the work that has been delivered to you

To access these functions, you need a personal login consisting of your email address and a password. To receive your password, all you have to do is inform our project managers by email.

You can also request a single login for you and your colleagues. In that case, please include a clear note in your message saying that this is what you want.
